With a distinguished 40-year career in real estate and a growing influence in wellness and innovation, Yisroel Rabinowitz is a multifaceted entrepreneur whose ventures span commercial and residential properties, wellness, and technology. Since 1982, he has led the acquisition and management of office buildings, mixed-use spaces, and residential developments, all managed through Universal Enterprise LLC, his real estate firm. Beyond real estate, Mr. Rabinowitz oversees the Bridge Healing Arts Center, a wellness hub, and Well4Tech LLC, an
innovation company supporting transformative health and wellness startups.

In 2016, Mr. Rabinowitz founded the Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington, CT, envisioning a vibrant community space that promotes holistic wellness. The center spans over 26,000 square feet and provides a supportive environment for more than 50 independent practitioners, ranging from acupuncturists and therapists to nutritionists and yoga instructors. With uniquely designed rooms available for rent, the center accommodates diverse therapeutic practices and serves as an event venue for intimate to medium-sized gatherings. From
workshops and wellness classes to corporate events and retreats, the Bridge Healing Arts Center has become a staple in the community.

In 2022, Yisroel launched Well4Tech LLC, an innovation company headquartered at the Bridge Healing Arts Center, dedicated to supporting early-stage health and wellness startups that leverage technology to improve lives. Through Well4Tech, Yisroel has fostered a  collaborative ecosystem, drawing founders, investors, and advisors from North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The company hosts biannual startup bootcamps and hackathons, designed to address the unique challenges and needs of health tech entrepreneurs. By providing resources such as capital, mentorship, strategic partnerships, and access to customers, Well4Tech empowers startups to scale efficiently. Since its inception, Well4Tech has held five successful cohorts with a sixth cohort set for 2025.
