Robert Fitzpatrick is a Senior Managing Director and Equity Partner. As a founding member of IMC and with over 35 years of experience in international real estate banking, Bob was instrumental in establishing the platform and business model at IMC. Prior to IMC, Bob was responsible for Merrill Lynch’s North American real estate financing business and developed and implemented the Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments Asset Management platform. In this latter role, he identified emerging investment opportunities and undertook complex private market transactions across the globe. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from St. John’s University in New York City, NY.
