Oksana Prysyazhnyuk is the former Chief Sustainability Officer at OWS Energy – one of the largest private Appalachian energy companies with 200 employees and 5 offices across OH, PA and WV – where she shaped the firm’s ESG initiatives and led their renewable energy strategy, notably in solar development. With a professional background that includes roles at the American Solar Energy Society and significant contributions to corporate finance at a leading private conglomerate, Oksana also worked at the United Nations earlier in her career.

Now at Sinha Holdings Family Office, she specializes in energy investments, leveraging her extensive experience in renewable energy and business development.

Raised in Ukraine and the US, Oksana’s multicultural insights are further enriched by her fluency in four languages and proficiency in German. Oksana graduated with BA degree in economics from Columbia University, she later pursued her Master’s degree in sustainability at Harvard.
