Nicholas is a co-founder and General Partner at Demand Signal Ventures, a growth stage venture capital fund, investing in dual-use technologies with commercial, governmental and defense applications. Nicholas is also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Stonegardens Advisory, a defense and commercial business accelerator for emerging dual use and deep technology companies, helping them win work with the Department of Defense and allied nations’ military. Stonegardens Advisory leadership are established thought leaders in the defense technology space. Stonegardens is a partner to Brave1, Ukraine’s domestic defense technology accelerator and actively mentors their portfolio companies. Additionally, Nicholas and team leadership at Demand Signal are members of the DARPA Venture Horizons program, an invite-only cohort of investors selected to bolster the defense industrial base. Previously Nicholas was in-house counsel on Wall Street at multiple bulge bracket and buy side firms. Nicholas is a board advisor on multiple growth stage technology companies, health care summits, and is in good standing with the New York State bar.
