Michael is an investor at Knollwood, a single-family office headquartered in Baltimore, MD with a 35-year track record of investing in the innovation economy through public and private markets. Sitting on the Venture Capital team, Michael helps lead Knollwood’s direct investment program across the entire investment lifecycle, from sourcing new investment opportunities to diligence and post investment monitoring. He is also a Board Observer for several of Knollwood’s direct investments in the security and software space. In addition to his responsibilities within the direct and secondaries strategies, Michael spearheads the data and technology development efforts for the investment team. This includes managing the Firm’s dedicated engineering resources that underpin the Knollwood technology product suite which provides leverage to sourcing and diligence efforts. Michael is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where he was a Sellinger Scholar. He is based out of Knollwood’s New York office.
