Michael F. Rosenblatt

Michael F. Rosenblatt, Founder and Chairman of The Quest Organization, Quest Transitions Inc., and Questemps, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in executive search and advisory services. He has managed “C” level assignments in family offices, real estate, technology, construction, consumer products, pharmaceutical, hedge and private equity funds, foundations, healthcare and not for profit organizations. In addition to recruiting, Michael has been involved in helping turn around companies, he has created the infrastructure for newly formed family offices, he has assisted companies with developing compensation plans for senior executives, he has assisted with the raising of capital and made introductions for joint venture investments. Michael started his career in public accounting with Deloitte LLP, and functioned as a senior financial executive of a publicly held service company as well. He has participated on several non-profit Boards, including The New York State Society of CPAs and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He was Chairman of the NYSSCPA Industry Oversight Committee and had 16 committees reporting to him, including Hedge Funds, Investment Management, Real Estate, Family Offices, Private Equity, etc.) and he ran the Chief Financial Officer’s Committee as well for 3 years. Michael has spoken at numerous conferences and continues to participate in speaking engagements throughout the United States on Family Office issues, hiring and retaining key executives, exit strategies and succession planning for closely held businesses and family offices
