Masha Levin runs a Swiss-based single-family office. She is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at One Way Ventures, where she helps companies build out sales and launch strategies, assemble stronger teams and set up operational processes. Masha’s personal experience includes launching companies and taking them to scale, with expertise in online retail, digital marketing, product merchandising, and building high-performing teams.

Masha earned her M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. Upon graduation, she joined McKinsey & Company, where she focused on due diligence studies for clients in the retail and manufacturing sectors. Later she joined a private equity fund, where she led and managed investments in high-growth companies in sectors such as retail, fitness, logistics, and consumer goods. Between 2012-2019, she co-founded and was the CEO of an online marketplace for designer furniture and home accessories, which became a market leader with over 100,000 products.
