Joel embarked on his aviation journey with Air Charter Service in 2005. His early years took him across Europe, the Middle East, and the Asian subcontinent where he set-up the private jet department in Hong Kong, before returning to the UK to lead the groups largest passenger team. In 2015, Joel took his expertise to the U.S., establishing ACS Miami, and later, their Delaware office in 2021. With an in-depth understanding of the private aviation sector, Joel continues to be a driving force in the industry.
