Joe Cruz is the CEO and Managing Partner of Symmetry Sauna, where he leads with a mission to promote wellness, community, and meaningful impact. Born in East Los Angeles, Joe’s journey reflects resilience, determination, and a commitment to breaking generational cycles. Raised in a challenging environment, he assumed significant responsibility at a young age and made a conscious decision early in life to pursue a different path.

He began his career in an entry level banking role in San Diego and, through dedication and perseverance, advanced professionally, building a foundation for long term success. Over time, his focus evolved beyond personal achievement to creating broader impact through both business and community involvement.

Joe and his wife, with whom he has shared over 27 years of marriage, are parents of four and grandparents to seven. They have also expanded their family through adoption, providing a supportive home to children from difficult beginnings. In addition to his professional work, Joe actively volunteers with organizations such as Village of Hope, mentoring youth and advocating for positive change.
