Joanna Benadrete is a private investor leading the social impact investment branch for her family office. Joanna is a global citizen with a vast network spanning the US, Europe, and Turkey, giving her access to unique deals and like-minded investors from all corners of the world. Joanna uses a holistic investment approach, running an industry-agnostic investment vehicle spanning early to late-stage impact ventures. Her passion is specifically in health tech, ag-tech, and fin-tech start-ups. She seeks to change the world for the better through helping finance the world’s greatest innovators that are looking to improve the way our core systems work. Joanna grew up in New York City and graduated from Babson College magna cum laude with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. She started her career in Venture Capital at Loeb Enterprises, an industry-agnostic venture capital fund, and continued at Big Idea Ventures, an impact-focused food and ag-tech fund.
