Jill is a serial entrepreneur in the food & beverage space, building healthy sustainable beverage brands. As the co-founder of Mighty Leaf Tea, an ultra-premium global tea brand acquired by JAB Holdings in late 2014, her leadership played an instrumental role in the company’s rapid global expansion.  After much needed rest & inspirational / spiritual travel (primarily in Asia); and the yearning to create yet again… 4 years later Jill started envisioning what the next chapter could look like. After much research on current trends in the functional beverage space, and reflecting on personal preferences towards plant-based wellness & food as medicine, Jill started down a new path late ’18; having no

idea what was around the corner. The unexpected pandemic lockdown forced further focus & clarity. “Why not take what I’ve learned for 18 years at MLT + boost these recipes with highly potent plant based ingredients that deliver truly noticeable benefits to the consumer”. Jill solidified a plan and Good Pharma was born.
