Andrew Heath is the Co-Founder of Bombas, a comfort-focused apparel company dedicated to helping those in need. In his previous roles as CFO and COO, Andrew had direct oversight of Global Sourcing, Logistics, Legal, People, Customer Happiness, and Finance, ensuring the business operated at its full potential.

Andrew serves on the Board of Lifting Up Westchester, a non-profit organization that assists unhoused and underserved residents to build a more secure future for themselves and their families.

He holds an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA from Occidental College, where he is also a member of the Board of Trustees. With over 15 years of professional experience in finance and operations, Andrew has worked with leading financial institutions and banks. Before Bombas, he co-founded and successfully sold a specialty food startup. 

He has been recognized with the 2019 Alumni Seal Award for professional achievement from Occidental College and the 2022  Martin Luther King Legacy Award from Babson College for his service and work with the unhoused community.
