Amy Brodsky

Spanning over 3 decades, Amy has worked closely with UHNW Families, Fortune 500 CEOs, and Entrepreneurs to maximize professional and personal performance. She has global experience in Executive Coaching, Human Resources Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and Consulting across industries. Amy has lead client engagements ranging from large-scale mergers and acquisitions, organizational change and transformation, divisional restructurings, and cultural integrations while utilizing her unique coaching skills throughout her career. Amy’s relationship management capabilities and law background have led her to drive results, which are both strategic and operationally strong within the U.S. and across Europe, Australia, and Latin America. Amy has served as consultant to C-Suite executives on due diligence assessment, organizational design and development, including advising, coaching, recruiting, developing and training leaders and their management teams to maximize ROI.

Her employers include J.P. Morgan, Union Bank of Switzerland, PIMCO, U.S. Trust, Zurich Capital Markets Inc., and other boutique companies as a consultant. CEO and Founder of Sky Partners and its subsidiaries: Amy works as a Performance Coach and a Trusted Advisor to CEOs, Leadership Teams and HNW families and businesses. She has spent her career helping clients navigate their most confidential and complex matters. She specializes difficult Board/CEO/Leadership and team dynamics, high stakes conflict resolution, negotiation and behavioral due diligence. Amy is also a trusted facilitator and advisor of confidential peer advisory boards for CEOs and multigenerational families, providing a private space to address leadership, succession, and relationship dynamics.

Amy holds a J.D. from New York Law School, an Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University, and a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. She has been a guest on CNN discussing workplace harassment and is a recognized speaker on family dynamics, performance, and leadership in M&A environments.

Outside of her professional work, Amy has volunteered extensively with children with disabilities and disease. She is also an avid sailor, hiker, and marathon runner and once worked as both a commercial fisherman and an ice road trucker. This is her 9th year riding in the Pan Mass Challenge and has raised over $60,000 toward eradicating cancer.
