Mr. Oleg Uritsky

Mr. Uritsky is CEO of Helge Capital, a value-add real estate investment and operating company specializing in multifamily properties located in the Greater Boston area. Since 2014, Helge has exclusively focused on real estate operations. Historically, Helge portfolio exceeded over 35 buildings, 1,000 residential units, 300,000 SF of office space and development projects.
A successful and innovative entrepreneur, Mr. Uritsky in the past invested in transportation and health care. He owned & operated a fleet of Boston taxicab medallions & other ground transportation services & was a widely recognized industry leader. Mr. Uritsky sold taxi medallions in 2012, at near peak values, in anticipation of Uber’s devastating impact on the taxicab medallion markets. He was principal of the largest in Massachusetts network of community-based health care centers (MassADH Alliance) that were acquired by Civitas Solutions (NYSE:CIVI) in 2014. A hands-on businessperson who started majority of his companies with his own funds, Mr. Uritsky exhibits a disciplined approach to the risks and rewards in investing.
During his law school/regulatory legal career, Mr. Uritsky worked for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He received a joint JD/MBA degree from Northeastern University and completed postgraduate studies in monetary economics and corporate finance at Harvard University. Mr. Uritsky is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and New York. He is a member of Boston Economic Club, Harvard Club and Committee on Foreign Relations. He has traveled extensively throughout Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, Middle East and South America. An avid reader of non-fiction business & history literature, Mr. Uritsky lives in Newton, MA.
