Mark Rubin is a Senior Managing Director in the NY office of FTI Consulting where he oversees the firm’s Family Enterprise Services group.  Mark brings his 30+ years of advising Family Offices, Family Businesses, and Family Foundations in offering FTI’s resources in tax advising, transaction support including sourcing and structuring of capital, and governance planning to individuals and multigenerational families, in particular those with meaningful real estate interests.

Mark has authored many articles and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.  He holds an accounting degree from Penn State University and is a CPA in New York.  Mr. Rubin is an active member in professional organizations, including the AICPA and the Family Firm Institute (FFI).  He has been chair of two Annual Conferences for FFI and founded the Family Office Committee of the NYS Society of CPAs.  Mark has served on family enterprise and non-profit boards.
